What We Want:

 

We are looking for a Business Process Management (BPM) Program Manager that will play a key role in driving process maturity at Spring Venture Group. The Program Manager will serve in a consultant role to managers and senior leaders, providing expert-level guidance on defining and scoping BPM projects.  The incumbent will oversee and manage simple to complex process mapping, analysis, and improvement projects.  We are looking for a Program Manager that will also serve as a facilitator to project teams, process improvement engagements (kaizen), project management, and change management best practices, tools, and methods.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Independently lead complex and broad-scope projects and initiatives. Assist, mentor, and coach project teams in the correct application of process analysis and improvement tools and methods.
  • Support teams’ efforts to document current processes, develop standards, and identify critical measures.
  • Projects occur simultaneously and require integrated planning and oversight, with the ability to apply process improvement solutions, not just in one functional area, but across the enterprise.
  • Break down complex challenges into consumable, action-oriented activities; gain project team buy-in.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, recognizing that organizational support is gained by delivering quantifiable results.
  • Track results of projects to determine success, risk reduction, process ownership, and cost savings.
  • Develop and present high-quality stakeholder presentations that clearly present findings and opportunities in a manner targeted to the specific audience.
  • Manage all stakeholder communication activities related to the projects; ensure coordination with broader enterprise initiatives.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Six or more years of experience in the application of quality methods and tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, including Visio
  • Excellent analytical abilities; adept at assessing challenges and situations and finding a path forward
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff across the enterprise
  • You will be self-starting and self-directed; excellent organizational skills; manages multiple deadlines with confidence
  • Experience in the application of quality management, lean tools, project management, and change management best practices, tools, and methods
  • Experience working in complex, fast-moving, and change-embracing environments.
  • Extensive facilitation experience
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones and objectives
