What We Want
Spring Venture Group is looking for a Service Desk Specialist I to join our growing Information Technology team. This is a full-time position and an opportunity to gain full exposure to the Service Desk environment through triaging tickets, resolving basic issues and setting up computer / IT equipment. You’ll need excellent troubleshooting skills to pinpoint problems and help resolve any technical issues that arise.
What You'll Do
As a Service Desk Specialist I, you will help manage issues and requests using the ticketing system and provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to queries either in-person or over the phone and follow up with employees to ensure issues have been resolved. You will also install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software across all SVG departments.
