What We Want:

As SEO Manager at Spring Venture Group, you are responsible for creating and implementing a robust search engine optimization strategy for SVG owned web properties. Your work enables our cross-functional marketing team to deliver world-class campaigns for Spring Venture Group’s family of brands. Our ideal candidate has deep experience influencing natural search rankings while simultaneously delivering growth of high-intent traffic. Additionally, this individual will possess superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a robust SEO content strategy for SVG’s family of brands designed to drive organic reach, acquisition, engagement, and loyalty
  • Work closely with technology teams ensuring SVG’s web infrastructure, architecture, and capabilities support effective SEO
  • Continuously audit and analyze performance across SVG owned web properties, as well as the competitive landscape to identify issues, track progress, and test solutions that improve performance and drive growth
  • Communicate and report on SEO performance and the progress of initiatives to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with and guide team members to execute a content-centric SEO plan
  • Design and execute white-hat link building and outreach strategies
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and grow our ranking keyword portfolio
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and emerging industry trends, keeping SVG ahead of direct and indirect competitors
  • Consistently seek out and test new strategies, tactics, and technologies that advance organic search performance

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years proven experience managing enterprise level SEO/Organic search marketing programs
  • Google Search Console and Bing webmaster tool experience required
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable results against large-scale SEO programs
  • Advanced web analytics experience, Google Analytics Certification preferred
  • Experience with competitive research and reporting tools such as Moz, SEMRush, and Spyfu with a history of advanced backlinking analysis
  • Strong technical knowledge, including experience with CSS, JavasScript and HTML as it relates to search engine optimization
  • Superior analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to turn data into action
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Insurance or B2C sales industry experience a plus
