What We Want:


As the Director of Affiliate Marketing at Spring Venture Group, you are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a large network of performance-based marketing partners. This critical role works to forge deep relationships leveraging the latest in direct response marketing. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success scaling efficient affiliate programs for leading direct-to-consumer brands. Additionally, this individual will have superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills that accelerate the efficient growth of our programs.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop, execute, and manage affiliate marketing programs that maximize performance within target budget
  • Recruit, onboard, integrate, test, and manage performance-based marketing partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners that ensure timely reporting, consistent evaluation of growth opportunities, and communicating performance expectations
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and brand standards are maintained across all partners, both large and small
  • On an ongoing basis develop, deliver, and test creative assets across programs
  • Continuously work with affiliate marketing partners on optimization and growth strategies that drive incremental growth and/or efficiency
  • Provide consistent reporting and insights to external partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Continue to advance the company’s performance-based programs through innovation, process development, testing, and technology integration
  • Represent Spring Venture Group and the company’s family of brands at industry networking events, conferences, and affiliate marketing tradeshows
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned and working in concert to reach performance targets

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required. Advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in affiliate and/or partnership marketing, delivering profitable growth at scale, preferably for direct-to-consumer brands
  • Demonstrated success conducting outreach and recruiting for new performance-based marketing partners and relationships
  • Possesses a network of contacts and strategies for sourcing new affiliate marketing relationships
  • Superior analytical skills with a deep understanding of key program drivers and how to surgically throttle up or pull-back to exceed performance targets
  • Strong understanding of tracking technologies used to measure program performance
  • Familiar with platforms including HasOffers, bobberdoo, CJ, and/or ShareAsale
  • Comfort negotiating and customizing marketing agreements that drive scale and strengthen relationships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, compliance, finance, and technology teams to accomplish objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that foster deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics & strategies (SEO, PPC, Display), as well as offline marketing efforts (inbound call programs, print, TV, radio, direct mail), preferred
  • Ambitious, results-driven individual that enjoys working as a team but can also thrive independently
