What We Want:

As Paid Search Marketing Manager at Spring Venture Group, you will be working with the Paid Media team to design, execute, and lead generation strategy for SVG owned companies. Your work enables our cross-functional marketing team to deliver world-class campaigns for Spring Venture Group’s family of brands. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, analytical and passionate paid search marketer. Additionally, this individual will possess superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Maintain and monitor quality score, impression share, cost per lead, spend, and other important account metrics
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword optimization, campaign structuring, targeting, capability enhancement, and testing
  • Provide consistent and ad hoc reporting and communication of results, tests, plans, budget, and initiatives to stakeholders
  • Be fiercely competitive and maintain a sense of urgency, creativity, and curiosity for how to continue to outperform the competition
  • Continuously analyze the competitive landscape through research and analysis
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, keeping us a step ahead of our competitors

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in marketing or applicable field
  • 5+ years of active/hands-on experience in paid search required, preferably within a performance-driven environment.
  • Google Ads Certified
  • Microsoft Ads Certified
  • Advanced web analytics experience, Google Analytics Certification preferred
  • Google Tag Manager experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with previous experience structuring and performing complex testing and analysis within paid search in order to drive efficient growth and performance 
  • Deep experience leveraging the latest features and capabilities available through paid search platforms 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving workplace
  • Insurance or B2C sales industry experience a plus, but not required
