    What We Want:

    We are looking for an experienced full cycle recruiter to source, build rapport and recruit top talent within the assigned client group(s). This individual will be empowered to utilize innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates, while identifying process improvements to enhance the recruiting process.

     

    Responsibilities 

    • Own full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation and offers) while ensuring excellent candidate experience
    • Support multiple business groups and hiring managers as their strategic talent acquisition subject matter expert and direct line recruiter for all levels of requisitions
    • Deliver high-quality candidates by creating and implementing innovative and effective sourcing and attraction strategies, including the sourcing of passive candidates
    • Lead recruitment strategy/intake discussions to ensure deep understanding of business needs and desired candidate profile

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience with full cycle recruiting
    • Proven track record of providing high quality customer service, with strong oral and written communication
    • Must have an ability to handle a high volume of requisitions and candidate flow
    • Results oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity)
