    What We Want:

    The Service Desk Intern assists the Service Desk team with general setup of hardware and software, and manages inventory and imaging of equipment.

     

    Responsibilities 

    • Configure, maintain, and update computers, servers, and software.
    • Conduct troubleshooting and problem identifications tasks.
    • Work in groups to accomplish assigned tasks like trend analysis, quality improvements, and deployment of systems.
    • Write summaries or reports of projects, including calendars and meeting notes.

    Qualifications 

    • General use of Windows Operating System.
