    What We Want

    Spring Venture Group is looking for a Service Desk intern to join our growing Information Technology team. This is a paid internship offering 20 - 40 hours per week depending on your academic needs and availability. It is an opportunity to gain full exposure to the Service Desk environment through triaging tickets, resolving basic issues and setting up computer / IT equipment. You’ll need excellent troubleshooting skills to pinpoint problems and help resolve any technical issues that arise.


    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
    • Help manage issues and requests using the ticketing system
    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
    • Respond to queries either in-person or over the phone
    • Follow up with employees to ensure issues have been resolved


    • Basic understanding of computers and operating systems
    • Ability to interact and communicate with others well
    • Calm exterior in stressful situations
    • Must be able to learn new skills quickly
