    Who we are:

Spring Venture Group is a leading digital direct-to-consumer sales and marketing company with product offerings focused on the senior market.  We specialize in distributing Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and related products via our family of brands and dedicated team of licensed insurance agents. Powered by our unique technologies that combine sophisticated marketing, comparison shopping, sales execution, and customer engagement – we help thousands of seniors across the country navigate the complex world of Medicare every day.

    What we want:

No, we don’t want you to get us coffee. We want college students looking for a real-deal, hands-on, paid internship with the ultimate goal of full-time employment at SVG. We’re hiring a class of interns across multiple departments (Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance, and more) to do real work that helps our business grow and succeed.

We blend classroom-style learning sessions with department-specific immersion to help you learn the ins and outs of our entire business, build strong career skills you can take with you anywhere, solve real business problems, and gain hands-on experience working in the department of your choosing. You’ll get a department-specific buddy to help you work through challenging assignments along the way, and teach you what it takes to succeed in the field. And you’ll get weekly check-ins with your manager to keep track of your progress and give us feedback, too.

Plus, you’ll have a ton of fun doing it. We’ll be hosting intern-only volunteer events, group lunches, Intern Day at the K, and more to help you feel right at home and get to know each other better. Our ultimate goal is to add even more awesome people like you to our team here at SVG, and an internship program is the perfect opportunity to do it.

If this sounds like everything you’ve been looking for, we can’t wait to meet you! We’re hiring interns across multiple departments, so pick your passion and apply now.
