    What We Want

    Spring Venture Group is looking for a Service Desk Specialist I to join our growing Information Technology team. They will be responsible for triaging tickets, resolving basic issues and setting up computer / IT equipment. This person will need excellent troubleshooting skills to pinpoint problems and help resolve any technical issues that arise.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all issues and requests using the ticketing system
    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
    • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
    • Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved

    Qualifications

    • Basic understanding of computers and operating systems
    • Ability to interact and communicate with others well
    • Calm exterior in stressful situations
    • Must be able to learn new skills quickly
    • A+, Network+, Security+ or any similar certifications are preferred but not required
